Breathwork – Individual Session

If you have a hard time letting go during your personal practice, it’s likely that your mind is holding on
for control. During private sessions, you will allow yourself to drop deeper into the practice to move the
energy. I hold space for you and your healing as you move through this practice, bringing attention and
awareness to particular challenges in the emotional and physical body as we allow Spirit to do the heavy
lifting. I also highly recommend a private session if you have never experienced breathwork before and
would like someone to guide you through the practice in a safe and nurturing way.

All private sessions include:

  • Individual coaching around your current challenges
  • Active breathing session
  • Customized playlist so you can continue your practice on your own
