Who do you become when you forget you matter? Take this quiz to find out!

Why We Must Rebel

This isn’t just my story. It’s the story of every woman who has ever been silenced, diminished, or told she was “too much.” The Worthiness Rebellion™ began as my own fight to reclaim self-worth and it has grown into a movement for all of us to end self-abandonment and reclaim our place in the world.  This soul-led uprising is now an invitation for you: to reclaim your right to live a life fully your own.

– You aren’t unworthy –

you are simply unpracticed in believing you matter.

The Worthiness Rebellion™ isn’t just my work—it’s my heart.

For me, this rebellion was born out of years of over-giving, silencing myself, and twisting into shapes just to feel loved or accepted. I know what it feels like to dim your light just to keep the peace, to stay in relationships or roles that drain you because you think your worth depends on it.

AND I also know the sacred fire that comes alive the moment you decide you will no longer abandon yourself.

This rebellion is about reclaiming what was always yours: your voice, your belonging, your enoughness. It’s about no longer waiting for someone else to hand you permission to shine.

And it’s not just my rebellion— IT’S OURS.

Because I know you’ve felt it too: the ache of giving more than you receive, the sting of being unseen, the exhaustion of carrying the weight of everyone else’s needs.

YOU DESERVE MORE!

You deserve to live from a place of deep, unshakable self-worth, where love, respect, and abundance flow naturally—not as something you earn, but as something you are.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to choose yourself… this is it.

The longer you delay, the more energy you spend in patterns that keep you small. But the moment you step into your worth, everything shifts: your relationships, your work, your inner peace.

Because your healing can’t wait—and neither can your worthiness.

The Worthiness Rebellion™ Is for You If…

  • You’re tired of giving more than you get—and calling it love.

  • You’ve been the strong one, the fixer, the helper… and you’re over it.

  • You shapeshift into what others want you to be, but inside you feel invisible and unseen.

  • You push yourself to achieve, perform, and strive—yet no amount of success feels like enough.

  • You crave connection, but hide your true heart behind walls because vulnerability feels too risky.

  • You pride yourself on being independent, but secretly long for support you don’t know how to receive.

  • You feel guilty when you take up space, say no, or prioritize yourself.

  • You’re exhausted from carrying everyone else’s baggage while ignoring your own.

  • You’re ready to attract relationships, abundance, and a life that actually nourishes you.

  • You want to stop settling for crumbs and start claiming the feast.

  • You feel scared of what might change if you start honoring yourself—but you know in your gut it’s time!

Your worthiness is NEVER up for debate
~your revolution begins within~

Have you been feeling like you’re too much… or not enough?

Like you pour yourself out for others —and still end up feeling unseen, unappreciated or unfulfilled?

Maybe you’ve been:

  • Tried to hold everything together so no one else has to.
  • Taking on everyone’s emotional load while quietly neglecting your own.
  • Feeling stuck in a loop of over-giving, under-receiving, and wondering, “Why do I still feel empty?”

Here’s the truth, love: There is nothing wrong with you.

You’ve just been taught to abandon yourself in order to belong – to betray yourself for love, for connection, for safety.

And now… it’s time to come home to you!

You hit rock bottom, not because you aren’t worthy, but because you keep trying to PROVE that you are.

I See You Because I Was You

I know what it’s like to pour yourself into others until you’re bone-dry.

To silence your own needs.
To carry guilt for setting boundaries.
To convince yourself that if you just give a little more, they’ll finally show up.

I’ve lived that heartbreak.
I’ve held that exhaustion.
And I’ve done the hard work of breaking that pattern…

And my mission, The Worthiness Rebellion™ is to help you do the same.

The Cost of Self-Abandonment?

It costs you everything, my love.

When you forget your worth, you:

  • Shrink yourself to keep the peace…
  • Take responsibility for things that were never yours to carry…
  • Burn out trying to earn your place in people’s lives…
  • Feel lonely—even when you’re surrounded by people…
  • Confuse being needed with being loved.

And maybe the scariest part?

When you finally choose yourself, the people who benefitted from your self-sacrifice might not celebrate it. Some may resist, mistreat you, or even walk away.

And yes—that part can hurt. I won’t pretend it doesn’t.

But you know what hurts more?

Staying in spaces that can’t hold your whole truth.

Imagine This…

You show up in every room, every relationship, every moment… knowing:

You Matter.

  • You no longer feel like you have to earn your keep.
  • You’re not proving, performing, or pretending.
  • You speak your truth from a place of deep integrity and authenticity.
  • You ask for what you need and take up space without apology.
  • You stop taking everything so personally—because you’ve reconnected with the higher truths that set your spirit free.
  • And your sense of worth no longer rises or falls based on how others treat you.
  • You feel solid. Safe. Aligned.
  • You walk away from what no longer serves you with peace in your heart.
  • You attract relationships that see you, support you, and reflect your sacred worth.

This isn’t a fantasy… this is your next chapter.

And The Worthiness Rebellion™ is your portal.

Even when you find the courage to leap,
you still have to believe you’re worthy of the life that awaits you.

Hi Love, I’m Lindsay 💫

I’m a recovering people-pleaser, perfectionist, self-abandoner, and former Chief Operating Officer who once measured my worth by how much I achieved, how much I gave, how productive I could be and how little I needed in return. In 2021, I walked away from the title, the pressure, and the hustle—and moved 2,500 miles across the country to finally start living a life that felt like mine.

The ironic truth is that I simply moved across the country only to fall into a life that didn’t feel true to me.  And that became the catalyst for finding my most authentic life.

You see, before I could leap into the life I wanted, I had to get radically honest about the one I was actually living. I had spent years over-functioning, caretaking, and silencing my own needs in the name of being “useful.” I wore burnout like a badge of honor and told myself that being needed was the same as being loved. It wasn’t.

What changed everything? Reclaiming my worthiness. Learning that I don’t have to earn my place in this world—I already belong. And now, I help other beautiful souls like you do the same. Because when you stop abandoning yourself, you don’t just heal… you shine.

For a long time, I was doing everything I could to survive—but not much that truly helped me thrive.

  • I was binge-eating to numb my pain. The heavier I got, the more unworthy I felt.
  • Constantly ruminating about the past, anxious about the future, and convinced there was an endless list of things I had to “fix” about myself to be worthy of peace, love, or rest.
  • I was deep in the pain of my childhood sexual trauma, but didn’t yet know how to stop letting it define me.
  • I played the “when/then” game: When I get the job, the raise, the partner… then I’ll finally be worthy…then I’ll finally be happy.
  • I dreamed of a life that felt safe, joyful, and soul-aligned—but secretly believed I was powerless to create it.
  • I was a magnet for people who took advantage of me and my kindness, and rarely offered reciprocity in relationships.
  • I argued for my limitations more than I advocated for my own liberation.
  • And through it all, I put everyone else first.
  • I said yes when I meant no.
  • I silenced my needs, my desires, my truth—because somewhere deep down, I didn’t fully believe I deserved more.

Here’s what I know deep in my bones now:

You don’t become worthy when your life looks perfect.
You don’t earn your worth by checking boxes, proving yourself, or carrying everyone else’s weight.

You are worthy right now.
Messy. Healing. Expanding. Exactly as you are.

The healing begins the moment you stop abandoning yourself—and start honoring the brilliant, sacred soul you’ve always been.

I used to dream about running my own business, about having relationships that were reciprocal, having a deep sense of sustainable happiness, peace and abundance while living a life that actually felt like mine. But for years, that version of me felt out of reach. I didn’t feel confident. I didn’t feel safe. And deep down, I didn’t feel worthy of making it happen.

And then—I leapt. I did the thing. I left the job, stepped into the unknown… and FREAKED out. Because even when you find the courage to go after what you want, that doesn’t mean you believe you’re worthy of receiving it.

So I did what I always did: I hustled. I over-functioned. I over-gave. I tried to earn my keep. I worked overtime to prove my worth to others—and to myself—hoping that if I just did enough, it would finally be safe to be successful, seen, and supported.

And you know what happened?

I hit rock bottom.

I spiraled into self-doubt. I questioned everything.
I let my perceived lack of success starve my sense of worth and wondered if I had made a huge mistake.

But in the silence of that low point, I heard something clear and unmistakable:

You are worthy of the life that’s right for you.
Not someday. Not when it’s shiny and perfect. Now.

And here I am—living the life that once lived only in the corners of my vision board.

What changed?

  • I stopped repeating old stories.
  • I stopped trying to earn love and started embodying my worth.
  • I chose to believe that I matter.
  • That my dreams matter.
  • That my healing matters.

My own Worthiness Rebellion™ was my turning point. It’s not just a concept. It’s a complete energetic recalibration. A remembering. A tender return to who you were before the world taught you to forget you matter.

Without it, I have no doubt I’d still be stuck in that cycle—great at supporting everyone else’s success, but quietly unsure of how to claim my own.

The work inside this course didn’t just shift my mindset—it anchored my soul.

It gave me the courage to walk away from what wasn’t aligned, and the trust to walk toward the life I was born for.

It’s how I stopped abandoning myself and began to feel deeply safe, secure, and whole within my own being.

Not because everything around me was perfect—but because I was finally aligned with authenticity, truth, and inner peace.

I teach these same principles on my podcast, The Worthiness Rebellion™, and my non-traditional approach to coaching has even been featured in The New York Times.

What began as a side hustle in 2013 is now my heart’s deepest passion and soul-led mission. Every single day, I get to help others remember: You are not too late. You are not too broken. You are worthy of creating the life you desire.

And now?

I get to offer you the knowledge that changed everything for me!

But What If I’m Not Ready?

Friend… I feel you.

It’s scary to shift old patterns.
To say, “No more,” when you’ve spent years saying “Sure, I’ll take care of it.”
To risk being misunderstood in service of finally understanding yourself.

But here’s what I’ve learned:

The people who are meant for your next chapter will rise when you rise.
And the ones who fall away?
Were never meant to stay.

YOU GOT THIS!

The version of you who’s doubting right now? Love her.
The version of you who knows this is your moment? Love her too.

Let this course be your sacred YES.

To your voice.
To your worth.
To your truth.

Your healing is real.
Your timing is divine.
Your soul is ready.

I’ve got you, friend. Let’s rise.

This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you are.

From My Heart to Yours

When I finally stopped betraying myself to make other people comfortable, everything changed.

  • My relationships got real.
  • My money shifted.
  • My body felt safer.
  • My motivation, inspiration and passion for life returned.
  • My business bloomed.
  • I finally discovered the grass was greenest right where I stood – a place where my heart was satisfied, joy and contentment were everyday experiences and I lacked for nothing.  (BTW – this is me – right here, right now, today!)

This wasn’t just about healing my relationship with people—it was about healing my relationship with everything. And I finally started to thrive!

Because when you stop abandoning yourself, your entire life rises to meet you.

About The Worthiness Rebellion™

This movement isn’t just about self-worth.

It’s about loving yourself with abandon.

It’s about reclaiming your whole, wild, radiant self so that your worth becomes the abundance that flows through every part of your life.

You don’t need to hustle to be worthy. You already are.

Let’s remember that together.

It’s Time to Unlearn Self-Betrayal and Reclaim Your Worth

You don’t need more proof that you’re worthy.
You don’t need another person to choose you.

YOU need to choose you.

Let’s stop waiting for some magical “someday.”

Let’s start now.

The Worthiness Rebellion™ is an inner revolt for sensitive souls ready to come home to themselves.  While my language may speak to anyone who identifies as a woman, please know that you are welcome here no matter how you identify.

All content I share—whether it’s my podcast or Substack writings, crystal bed audio journeys, courses, or individual sessions—comes directly from my own path of reclamation. These are the tools, techniques, and energy practices I’ve leaned on to remember my worth, to return to myself when I had forgotten, and to heal the places where I once abandoned who I was.

And now, it’s my honor to place these same tools in your hands—to walk beside you as you reclaim the worthiness that has always been yours.

  • Spot and shift the patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of unworthiness
  • Stop over-giving, over-functioning, and under-choosing yourself
  • Set boundaries from love, not fear
  • Ask for what you need (and stop apologizing for having needs at all)
  • Build soul-deep self-worth that doesn’t depend on validation from others

Receiving support isn’t a luxury. It’s a practice in self-worth.
And you, my love, are so deserving of it all!
